I hate buying TV’s, always been a Sony fan and I am very fussy on picture quality. But with the new LG released and a few nasty niggles with my own set, I was convinced that was the way forward. Called in at Richer Sounds Leeds. Met Paul who listened to and appreciated my concerns. I made it clear I wasn't purchasing at that point but the support I received was still above and beyond. He worked with me to compare all the models available and make up my own mind. Not only that but he had extra info relating to models and features. This saved me the best part of £600. I called him back later that day and purchased over the phone. (PS it wasn't a Sony) The TV was delivered the next day by a very careful delivery service. I have bought from other places out of laziness and convenience. But this experience was first class and a reminder to make the effort and go into town. Julian please consider making Richer Sounds in outer industrial areas. The world is lazy and wants to pull up outside in their car. That said I am so glad I made the effort.

The most helpful staff! I went in a bit clueless and expected to be upsold but they listened to exactly what I wanted and made appropriate recommendations and I ended up spending less than expected (because they also added a discount on). They fitted on a new needle, cleaned, and rebalanced the tonearm to my turntable. They then took my turntable to my car. Amazing customer service can’t recommend enough.

Ive been shopping at Richer Sounds for over 20yrs for all my electronics and have purchased some cracking Items & deals with an excellent service. Recently purchased a 55” Sony OLED TV which I’m very pleased with. Paul from sales was very helpful, I walked in (early might I add as it wasn’t actually open but they still let me in!) and told him what I was looking for regarding spec and budget & said I needed to walk away with it today as my Tv had packed. Wanted a Sony really as my previous Tv was a Sony but my budget didn’t stretch to that with the spec I was wanting and it was looking like a Samsung. Anyway, walked out with a EX-display Sony and was still offered the 6yr warranty (none brainer) and got it at an excellent price! Thanks to Paul & the very familiar faced team, keep up the good work. 👍
