I have done 3 ITEC diploma at Richdales. All the teachers on the courses have been really great! They are really supportive and go out there way to help. It's only when you do CPD Courses and meet students from other schools that you realise how lucky you are to have done your Diploma Course at Richdales - you can really see the difference ! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my ITEC diploma courses :-)

😔 Having spent two years researching the best possible course in London and saving money for the fees, I had been guaranteed by the Rishi who called me three times to confirm that this was certainly the best course for me. I took the time to speak with Rishi at length, asking lots of questions to fully understand what this level 3 course involved and to ensure all elements were to be taught in class face to face with industry experts. Rishi detailed all seminars including business classes and other expected level 3 seminars. From day one I was disappointed, it was clear that the tutors although lovely people did not have the required experience to teach such a course. I would ask questions to which the tutors would not know the answers or I was told we would come back to that. When asked about making a business from this skill and experience the tutors said it was impossible and that students would need a second job to support themselves!! Where is the inspiration expected from an industry professional… these students never come back again. After a couple of weeks of disappointment and frustration with the course, lack of knowledge from the tutors and my own concern that I was wasting my hard earned money on this useless experience. I raised my concerns these conversations I was made to feel stupid - I was not respected as the paying client of the “School”, I was brushed off by the team. I was not listened to - my complaints were not heard, I was ignored. From Corina was given nothing but excuses on the courses failings and my disappointments. Was another situation in class where Rishi he was rude, aggressive and on one occasion when a number of students had complained Rishi stood at the front of the class trying to bully the group to stay quiet and not complain. At no point did anyone come to talk to me or the group to understand our issues or to apologies or acknowledge the poor experience. I felt that once my course fee payments had been taken, no thought or consideration was given to course seminars, the level of experience of the tutors which was clearly basic and below level three. Worse of all absolutely no thought was given to learning experience or achievement while participating on the course. I would strongly advise against anyone wasting their money and time to take this course 😔

After several searches I chose the Richdales Institute, and I made the best choice. Teachers are amazing, they all encourage and support you and teach you to become a good professional.I had the great opportunity to learn APP from Dr. Rishi ,which is the best teacher a student can have. I thank them for everything I've learned. I obtained my ITEC diploma in massage at the Institute and I look forward to starting the sports massage course. I truly recommend Richdales Institute.

I didn't have any background in massage or even know London too well so it was a lucky fluke I ended up at Richdales, starting in 2017. I started with holistic, then sports 3. I continued to level 4 but by that stage I was working in a hospital with physios and occupational therapists and signed up to do OT myself, so missed the exams. Carrie was my main tutor, can't thank her enough for all the drilling. Rishi would swoop in to make sure we were exam ready. Corina was always very helpful in the office. Really, an excellent team. I have heard awful stories from other therapists about how much they paid for courses and the lack of support regards exams etc with other institutions around London. This is not one of those institutions, they really know their stuff and know well how to make you exam ready. Would definitely recommend and will check them out myself again for cpd courses down the line.
