I cannot speak highly enough of William and his company. Via Check a Trade I asked for quotes for an issue with my dishwasher. Other companies came back, quoting me in excess of £100. William however phoned me and left me a voicemail and said I did not need an engineer and that he will talk me through how to refit a part that had become loose and was causing the problem. I phoned him back and he talked me through it and now my dishwasher is working perfectly and I spent nothing. Integrity like this and a willingness to just be helpful is in short supply.
