Made time in my busy schedule to stop by. Shop door was locked with no sign or explanation. Came back another day and arranged to drop my bike off at 10am the next day. Turned up just before 10 and the shutters were still down. Had to leave after waiting around for 15 minutes because I was going to be late. Ended up having to pay for a cab because of the inconvenience. Absolutely no care whatsoever. I hope that this business goes under.

Service is under the level. The guy in the shop doesn't respect the customer. I bring my bike more then 2 weeks ago and he promised me to fix it on time but he didn't. He lied to me many times, avoiding my calls and gave me some silly explanation. He told me that he start doing my bike and after 2 weeks I find out he didn't.I don't mind to wait but I don't like when someone is lying to me ALL THE TIME. Please mr George look at your average feedback and realise it is not only me who had this issue.

Called on Monday to ask if they could take a set of pedals from my current bike. They said I could take in that afternoon but alas I didn't have time so took it at lunchtime on Tuesday and called 2 hours later to say the job had been completed for a very reasonable price. Would recommend
