Couldn't get to my regular barber so picked this place as the least pretentious one in Harpenden. I explained exactly what I wanted and reiterated it when he got started, but the chap still did his own thing with the clippers on the top leaving it a real mess. I've never had anyone cut my hair like that and I won't be going back.

Did call salon in advance and they confirm they do cut children hair. Took my little boy and his hair was very badly cut. Not shape and lots of mistakes. And also been charge more then discussed on the phone without any explanation! Very unhappy as now I have to go to another “professional” hair salon and spend more money to get his hair fix! I am sure the guy is good if you want to get bold haircut!!! Service: Curly hair
