I acquired an old Bechstein piano which was lovingly restored with Richards help. His piano knowledge is second to to none and he couldn't have been more helpful. Have enjoyed watching his fathers piano channel on Youtube 'Roberts Pianos'....

If you need an old piano tuned, look no further than Richard Roberts! He recently spent all day tuning a very sentimental old (1876, he said) piano which many tuners would have condemned. He did an amazing job! I was impressed not only by his knowledge and expertise but also his obvious passion for old instruments. His charges were detailed and communicated clearly and he was pleasant to have in the house.

Richard is a very experienced and professional piano tuner. He managed to save our very ancient piano and my son really enjoys playing with it! He is very focused on his job and lovely to talk with. I strongly recommend him to anyone, especially if you have a vintage piano that most of other piano tuners don't deal with!
