We had the most amazing 2 days with Richardo, he came down to Brighton and offered a 2 day pizza master class for the whole family. My in laws recently purchased a pizza oven and took the opportunity for the whole family to he involved with the whole pizza making process from the flour temperature… all the way through to the final pizzas, it was an incredible experience. Our pizzas turned out amazingly well and we learnt everything we could possibly need to host our own pizza parties with friends. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling to get to grips with their pizza oven at home as we now all feel so confident and our pizzas are absolutely delicious.

Ricardo came to our house to instruct us in the art of classic Pizza making. His instructions were clear and informative and his passion was conveyed to us all. He showed us how to get the most out of the Pizza Oven for us to cook the perfect pizza. The course was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Great course from a great tutor. You won’t be disappointed.

What can I say. Ricardo is the man. I went to him in January 2018 to do a 3 week course. He showed me how to make dough, stretch and top pizzas. 5 years later my pizza place Crisp W6 is considered one of the top places in London.

Hi All I decided to write the review after a while as I wanted to make my pizza 🍕 on my own at home after the training. I have to say- I tried all methods that Ricardo showed me and I’m so impressed and happy that all of them works. I was an amateur and after a year I decided to go for this course- Ricardo I’m finally 100% happy with my pizza and the way it is done!!!! Friends and family are shocked too as they saying they didn’t tried better pizza!!!! Just had a fantastic two days intensive professional one to one pizza course with Ricardo . I learnt everything from fermentation of the dough , how to obtain the best structure and depth of the dough through to toppings and sauce .
