Richard Poyntz have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of selling our house. We had a buyer within a week of putting it on the market and despite having a few issues with the sale along the way, Richard Poyntz were excellent with providing updates, giving advice and had our best interests at heart. I want to give a massive thank you to Rob, who was dealing with us from the outset. He went out of his way week in, week out to ensure that we had the answers we needed and chased up solicitors/ brokers regularly to get the process moving. Even on his days off, if we had a question, he would be there to answer it. He is an absolute asset to the company and we would gladly use them again for buying or selling.
