Cannot speak more highly of Richard and the way he conducts business. Bought a 2014 Honda Civic from him in November last year, great car and reasonable price. This afternoon the check engine light came on so called Richard for advice. He was able to see us right away and sorted the problem there and then. We were actually 3 days out of our warranty period but he just got on with fixing the problem no charge. Fantastic demonstration of exemplary customer service!
