Not happy that I put my deceased fathers watch in for a new battery and strap. Quoted £37 for strap battery and fitting. When I went to collect they had found a problem as battery had leaked and quoted £150 for repair bringing my total ti £187.00 I refused and went elsewhere and got repair done with parts for£52 big difference

Popped into this shop this morning and what disgraceful people works there without manners! The old lady and a young man could not agree on a price to polish my necklace and a ring. She said it would cost me £15, but he argued in front of me that the cost would be £15 each! When I asked why, he pointed me towards the door!!! He also accused me of jumping the queue, which I have never done!!! I was coming to this shop for years, but after this experience not anymore!!!
