I contacted Richard to refit a glass monitor screen to a 10 year old desktop iMac. Not only did Richard do an excellent job repairing the screen but he offered to upgrade a couple of bits inside for a very reasonable price. It's like new! Highly recommended service. Many thanks Richard.

My MacBook charger plug-top fell to pieces in my hand when I unplugged it two days before Christmas. Clearly broken and beyond my resources to fix. I hadn't used Richard before, but when I phoned him he couldn't have been more helpful and asked me to bring it to his shop. He fixed it there and then, including replacing one part, for a very fair price. Great service.

Had a problem with a lenovo laptop he said he doesnt work them but will find out what the problem is. He found that it was the mother board (free of charge) but that he still wouldnt change it. So i ordered one off ebay and swapped it over myself and its till going strong after 2 years, thanks to his fault finding. Very helpful. Will go to him again.

This company has restored my faith in human kindness , I needed to get a piece of work out today but catastrophes happens , overnight my charger packed up and my laptop stopped working , I needed to get it working that morning to finish my project, I made contact with Richard and he loaned me a charger so I could complete my project, I will now purchase the charger on Tuesday, my heart felt thanks to this company for getting me out of trouble.
