BEWARE - They Charge for work never undertaken ! Charged 11.5% for Project Managing - "A project they never did or completed or Managed"!! Do Not Trust this Company ! No Morals or Principles!! Their drawings and recommendations were proved to be incorrect but they still charged and were happy to exploit a "family", even attempted to make them homeless. BE-WARNED!!!!!!!!!
