IMO this man is a self serving waste of money. In hindsight, I believe he contrived to supply us with a builder that was neither of decent quality or workmanship. He failed to manage the project and allowed it to over-run to suit both himself and the builder - PJ Gibbons, Brentwood. The word 'charlatan' comes to mind. Rather than ignore it, prove me wrong. Unreasonable ? Why ? Because I had the audacity to pick you up on your unprofessionalism ?
