    Initially said warranty was one year. Then when I came to get a replacement as a cheap bulb failed they claimed it was a 5,000 hour warranty. They assumed I'd used it for more than 5,000 hours when I hadn't. Pretty unprofessional and deceitful/disingenuous. Won't be using them ever again. All for 2 or 3 quid. Pretty low.

    It's a shame there isn't a branch in Bradford, always found them to have everything I need and a hell of a lot cheaper. Staff are knowledgeable on products especially when you need that "thing me jig". Oh yes and they have nice coffee to go. See you guy's on Saturday again 😆
