I went to Richa to look at my shoulder as I found I had lost some movement in it. She quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a frozen shoulder, wrote to my Doctor and helped speed up the process of getting it looked at by a specialist. The aftercare from Rishi was amazing, I made a very speedy recovery with her help and guidance, and now have full movement back in my shoulder.

I needed Richa's help for a severe lower back pain that my son ended up having due to an injury he picked up during sports. I made an online appointment and received a call from Richa to understand the issue better. She is also accommodating an early appointment based on my request to see him. She not only fixed his lower back issue but did so in 2 appointments and got him back to playing in no time. Following that, he picked up an ankle issue [I know tell me about the teens ;) ], Richa very kindly accommodated another super quick appointment beyond her normal working hours. She goes above and beyond to understand the issue and treats the underlying problem. She gave my son good exercises, which he continues to do and seeing good benefits of being healthy in sports. If you have a physio issue, I sincerely recommend reaching out to Richa. If you have to see the GP, she herself will let you know that too. She is very caring and does a brilliant job in fixing you.

I initially went to Richa about constant pins and needles down my right leg. After 1 session and doing all the exercises provided for 2 weeks, I no longer get them no more. I 100% recommend her for any on going physical issues you’re having problems with.

I had been struggling with knee and hip pain while running for years before I went to see Richa. She has dispelled my preconceptions about the origins of my pain and suggested exercises that made the pain disappear completely within two weeks. I am so grateful!

Richa Katal is outstanding. I had tendon and knee issues which prevented running without calf/knee pain for years. In a relatively short period of time exercise became trouble free. I can`t wait to run free along the Mediterranean coast this summer. Thank you so much Richa, I can`t possibly repay you...

Richa is an excellent physiotherapist. She is passionate about her work and clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. They are not just sources of income for her. She has been instrumental in helping get a diagnosis, treatment, and recovery for my herniated disc. She even does home visits for those that are incapable of travelling to her. She is also friendly, and I enjoy her company during our sessions, would recommend.

I initially went to Richa with what I thought was a bad case of sciatica. From my initial consultation, Richa was able to provide me with a correct diagnosis & suitable exercise plan, along with regular physio sessions. This was my first visit to a physio & she put me at ease straight away. Richa is very knowledgeable & caring. I would not hesitate to recommend her if you are in any pain (& certainly don't put it off for so long, like I did). Thank you Richa for all your help 🙂.
