    I find it laughable that a place which has rice in the title of its business can't cook rice. The rice was undercooked and hard. I had the chicken rice, which For £10, had very few pieces of bland chicken, but at least there was plenty of cucumber......

    First time trying this for lunch in Canary Wharf. Absolutely horrible. Hainanese roast chicken, was just pieces of very low quality brown meat boiled chicken half covered in boiled skin and containing parts such as neck and other bones/ cartilage. Was only able to eat rice (boiled and covered with soy sauce) and fresh cucumber. All this for £10 in Canary Wharf where there is a huge choice of lunch options for around £10. Do not recommend!

    Honestly, what an awful restaurant and disgraceful food. Firstly we ordered a coke but was sent a Diet Coke which we couldn't even return or get refund for. Secondly, the chicken box was missing so many items, no cucumber, no spring onions, no broth, no nothin! We even paid extra to add more things on (went from £8 to £13), but still did not receive an adequate box. Guess what, did not get a refund or apology for this either. Horrid restaurant with horrible tasting food. Would never order again, nasty unhygienic, and you will NOT BE GETTING ANY REFUND
