Corrected them multiple times whilest ordering because the employee kept saying the wrong dish. Asked her to read it back to me and had to correct her AGAIN. Shockingly... We received the wrong order. Called them back and the lady on the phone said we wasn't clear enough and there's nothing she could do. Not even an apology. In fact, we got blamed for ordering the wrong item. Eventually agreed to send the correct order but we would not be a priority and we'll be waiting over an hour. Shocking customer service. Won't be returning.

Yet again a massive disappointment - this business is way behind the times with food descriptions, allergies and intolerances. ‘Salt and pepper chips’ are covered with wheat flour. Why? And why is this not mentioned on the menu. If you have a food allergy, be very aware. I’ve had problems in the past as they don’t even use gluten free soy sauce which is a joke when it’s freely available in all supermarkets. Massively backward business. Avoid. Dietary restrictions: Useless with food allergies and intolerances. Avoid.

Ordered Chinese was read back correctly food luke warm sent 2 crispy chicken instead of salt and pepper chips they then sent a driver to collect crispy chicken and half an hour later after everyone had finished eating send some (looked like 4x cooked chips) that were uneatable...never again !

Just shocking. Do not bother going. Grease ping food. Just had the starters and so poor. Did not have out mains as left. Just paid for our drinks. Toilets shocking . The place is a mess, I would say dirty and not worth paying money to visit
