I’ve been using Ricambio for about 6 or 7 years now. I probably only place a couple of orders a year because my old Fiat is so reliable! Who’d have thought that?! The first thing I would say is that the parts arrive incredibly quickly. There are a lot of firms out there that could learn a lot from Ricambio on this level. The fact is that when we want parts we want them yesterday! I have always been supplied the correct parts at prices I can’t complain at. No complaints about the quality either. I was going to give 4 stars for one reason only. The delivery prices are high. The only option is superfast next day delivery, no economy delivery options are available. However, on the other hand if it wasn’t for Ricambio I would spend a huge amount of time tracking down incorrect parts from other suppliers and waiting an eternity for them. It’s the rare companies like this that help me keep my old Fiat on the road so I will happily continue to support them.
