Abysmal service, lack of care for customers, headed up by totally incompetent staff. They can't even get a tracking number correct, and you have to email them in excess of five times to get a response. Don't waste your time and money with them like I did, because they will let you down, make up and and every excuse they can rather than take the responsibility they should, and you'll end up disappointed in the long run. "Pathetic" would be a really fitting description, but they don't actually get to that high a standard.
