Do not rent with YPP. They charge you unfairly when you move out. Even if you’ve cleaned the apartment using professional service, they still charge you cleaning fees. Many people I know who rented here got charged ridiculous fees after moving out. Parcels get stolen too because they can’t be bothered to have a more secure parcel box. Parcels are always left on the mailbox where anyone can take because there is no proper place to put them.

There is no air conditioning in these flats and a full front of windows in some. Flat 40 is quite literally unbearable in the summer! Bikes all get stolen from the so called secure bike room and YPP do nothing about it. Location is good and close to town but there is no free parkign close by, everything else may look good on paper and in photos but trust me it is not!
