Terrible service, they are focused only on how to make a money, not to help your pet.

What an absolutely incredible vets. My poor little cat is quite unwell at the minute and the vets have been incredible and very sympathetic. They kept me informed at all stages and even gave her cuddles and fusses to keep her calm. Always helps that they are extremely well priced aswell.

Absolutely disgusting service, my dog immediately became deaf after a routine ear clean service, after talking to them about this at the time I found it was going to cost another load of money for them to examine him, couldn't afford it so left it. This week he had 8 teeth taken out by them, we asked they check whilst he was under anesthetic if they had maybe left anything in his ear during his last treatment, they THEN tried to charge us another £15 for the ear check! THEN after being quoted a maximum of £530 for his teeth out they tried to charge me £591, after a lot of heated exchanges with the receptionist another intercepted and said 'oh its actually £391.75' and basically you can argue the ear check charge with our accounts team! Rather than duty of care to the animal (and don't get me wrong I know a business has to make a profit) But to try and over charge, then get some snotty accounts woman on phone telling me to pay extra for the check they carried out on his ears to see if THEY had left a swab in his ear is joke! Never been so angry and disgusted at such poor service!

I took my dog to vets and was given a price of between £130-£150 for a claw to be removed and rest of claws to be trimmed also for ear drops to be done and ears cleaned and also a lump between front paw, imagine my shock when i was told it was going to be nearly £190. After they had done treament for ears and claw removed and claws clipped. They didnt even check the lump between the toes. If your given a price before hand honour it and dont add an extra £40 on. Not happy, ribble vets you were good at one time now its only about the money.

Seriously, i was given a price for my dog to have a claw removed and rest clipped, also ear drops in ears and a lump between toes sorted. The price i was given was £130-£150 i said it was fine but i was shocked when i got the bill, it was nearly £190 instead. Dont give a price then charge them an extra £40, also lump between toe was never treated. So definately not happy. At one time i would have been happy to pay as i was always given a price before hand and it was never more than what i was quoted. Sorry ribble vets but you really dont care about pets, now you just care about money,

We have been taking our dog since she was a puppy and no issues. All the vets we have seen have been lovely and very good with our dog. The receptionists have all been lovely also. It is costly but what vets aren’t. We will remain with this vets for sure.

Most of the staff are great. Some not so much. Have a few incidents of miscommunication as to where prescriptions will be collected or where appointments should be, when they have been told of my preferred choice but then make it at a different branch without telling me, only to find my preferred branch closed at appointment time, or prescriptions not there. The vets are the same, one in particular I don't have a great deal of confidence in but the others I've seen are fine.
