Me and the wife bought our first caravan from here and the chaps who run this place really look after you. Stuart was the chap who showed us around the van and showed us how everything worked. Very polite nice set of lads all 3 of them. No matter how many questions we asked they where happy to answer. Stuart was even extremely helpful on the day we collected when I released I had a screw in my tire. He recommended the local repair shop and was willing to wait as long as it took. Fortunately we got it fixed and could pick up that day. Child friendly, People friendly place with loads of knowledge to share. Our van well not perfect as it's a used van. Is very serviceable and has plenty of life left. Would recommend 👌

We recently sold our Bailey Pursuit caravan to Ribble Valley caravans as we have bought a motorhome. We were given a price via email that we were happy with. They inspected the caravan at their premises and we're very honest with the appraisal and gave us the agreed price. We found the team at Ribble Valley caravans a real pleasure and honest company to do business with. We have recently bought a caravan from Stuart at Ribble Valley caravans and the whole experience was perfect. Stuart didn't do heavy sales pitch and seems to be a totally genuine guy. It's our first caravan and Stuart was extremely helpful. He showed us all we needed to know and even advised us on the car rating to pull the caravan. The van was spotless. We had a "beeping" on the fridge whilst on holiday and again Stuart directed us to resolve the issue. We would highly recommend this company when buying a caravan.
