Anytime there has been an issue they respond straight away, send someone out immediately and keep you up to date the entire time - all in a friendly and professional manner. This is especially true of Rhiannan, who has been my point of contact throughout my time in Brum - thank you! On another note, this has been the first time I was renting after education, which was quite daunting at first, in a city I’ve never been to. I was guided the through the entire process, spoken to with respect (i.e. not in a condescending way due to my age - flashbacks from uni!) and found them to be always approachable with any queries.
