Wonderful place to visit, even for non-gardeners! Many different types of gardens, all very attractive, plus gorgeous views of the surrounding "Paul Nash" countryside. Gentle, jumbled English gardening that you can aspire to. Lunch and cake at tea time yummy. And a good shop, to finish with, including being well stocked with plants. Loved it.

Lovely gardens with plenty of parking. They had several craft markets in the day we visited. Queues for the cafe were long which wasn't great. Could really do with some drinking fountains to make access to water fast and free (we went on a hot day and it took 30 minutes to queue for bottles water in the cafe).

Love it here. Long or short walks, lovely gardens all the year round, even little egret on the reservoir, able to watch from the comfortable hide.
