My priorities were safety for me and my things, central location and ease of access. This is the only Salisbury site that offers all this. Near the station; electric gate opens via my personal phone number so no getting out of car to fiddling with gate; online really easy booking; 24/7 access; units are insulated (my previous ones were not); I feel safe on site as it is fully CCTV and lit up with a strong fence around it. If I need help the phone is always answered by Jonathan himself for whom nothing is too much to deal with. I feel looked after in all aspects that are important to me. This is top value central location and when comparing all options.
