Highly recommend the Rhino approved installer in your area. Well worth the very reasonable installation fee for a very professional fit.

We are extremely happy with our Rhino Greenhouse. The quality of the product is fantastic. The customer service after purchase has been best that I have every had. Any issue is reviewed and resolved on the day. I emailed them an told them I had lost some bolts and couldn't finished, they promptly had another shipment sent out free of charge within a day. I can't say enough about them.

Customer service and communication was excellent, we were kept informed every step of the way. Great care was taken over the delivery and installation was brilliant. My wife has always wanted a green house and this year i decided to treat her to a quality one. I took advantage of the offers at the time and placed the order. Shortly after that life took a couple of its bitter turns. I had a massive heart attack and needed bypass surgery to save my life. Plus during my time in hospital my wife’s mother passed away. At this point the rhino team won my four stars. My son contacted the sales team, explaining the situation and put our order on standby, but still in production and gave him a new estimate delivery date. My time in hospital and recovery took longer than expected and the rhino team once more extended our delivery date twice. We had the delivery made two weeks ago by one of there small vans as we couldn’t accommodate the large truck. What a fantastic young man, knew about my on going health issues and stored the parts in the prepared areas for us. yes we still need to build the green house, but that’s not a problem. yes i could have delayed the delivery some more, but Rhino have been so accommodating i thought it only fair to get it delivered. Thanks Rhino for the support you showed to my family during very difficult times they went through over that period. I highly recommend this company on customer care alone, never mind the quality of the products.

The greenhouse I bought from Rhino (Rhino Premium 12 x 8) is excellent and I am very pleased wtih it. I went for the biggest one I could afford/fit in the garden. The reason for my 4 star review is that incorrect parts were delivered. I booked in installation by a separate company (Norfolk Installations). The greenhouse arrived in advance of the delivery as planned. The delivery driver (from Rhino) checked all the boxes with me to ensure the parts were all present and correct. Unfortunately when the installation day came the installer discovered that the staging support bars were the wrong colour (pale green instead of Midnight Slate). They had been packed and mis-labelled in the factory as Midnight Slate. I rang Rhino straight away and they organised for replacements to be sent and the wrong parts to be collected as quickly as possible. The correct bars arrived and I planned to fit the staging myself that weekend. However at the weekend I realised no fixtures and fittings had been included. So I had to phone Rhino again and then they sent the nuts and bolts. The customer service was very good but it was frustrating to have to fit the staging myself and wait for the right parts to be delivered twice. Especially as I had booked an installer to do the full installation job.

Not the best experience - sales staff brilliant but overall the whole experience was badly soured by the delivery driver who backed his wagon in to our street then started quoting the rules about blocking roads and only being able to walk 50 feet. I’d asked him to deliver it to the side of the house which I would have thought 20 feet would have made the job much simpler for him but oh dear a neighbour tried getting past his lorry so he flipped his lid and started quoting the rule book at me again stating that he would have to get our long awaited green house delivered on a smaller wagon. Clearly this guy was running out of driving hours and couldn’t be bothered making the effort hence we now have to wait another month for our greenhouse. NOT HAPPY BUNNIES
