St George's School have recently purchased a shelter from RHF to give the students shade and shelter from the sun (and sometimes rain!).The process of designing, planning and installation were so easy. After purchasing a £85 gate and numerous fencing panels and posts .Two weeks after fitting the gate .it warped so bad .from the middle down to the bottom .I did fit a cat flap in the middle of the gate .but I strengthened around it .with 2x2 .to cut a long story short .I wasn't offered a refund or anything .I stood my ground .explaing.the wood used must have been damp it took 45 minutes of falling out to get a refund .it's no way to treat a customer . customer satisfaction was not been given that day.its all ok till they get a complaint .then it can turn sour
