When my son needed to see a rheumatologist urgently I decided to try and book with Spire. A friend had talked glowingly of her experiences at the Leicester hospital. When I rang I was given the option of a call back by pressing 1. This put me through to someone who took a few details. I waited all day for the call back and some 6 hours later chased it up. I was told they call people back within 48 hours. 48 hrs fell on the Saturday morning so I waited until Monday to call again. Again I was told it coild be up to 48 hours for a call back, I explained how long I'd already been waiting and they said they'd try and call back that day. The next day I decided to try elsewhere and managed to book an appointment at BMI hospital for the next day. To date I still haven't heard from Spire! was told I
