Ordered an Emma mattress a week ago then got freaked out by all the negative reviews and comments about delayed delivery etc, so was expecting problems, but I got an email from Rhenus Delivery on Tuesday asking me to book my preferred slot, for which I chose today (Fri) as I'd be in, and they called early this morning to say they were on their way and then arrived about 9am to deliver the new mattress and take away my old one. Super nice and friendly delivery guys, and all in all, a very smooth experience.

I had read some awful reviews about this delivery company but I cannot fault the service they gave me today. I was informed of a three hour time slot the night before and was able to track the drivers route today. They arrived in the middle of their window, were very polite and helpful, unpacked the new mattress and took the old one away. There was only one problem: Emma Sleep were supposed to supply two mattresses for them to deliver, but they only supplied one.

Worst delivery ever. I was waiting all day for my emma delivery, and they failed attempt, because they couldn't find my address on the map, and when I called them they explained me that they tried to call me 3 times, but I have no missed calles at all. Avoid!!!

Seems I’m the only one who’s had a decent experience with Rhenus. Delivered on time, kept up to date with where the drivers were. Called before they came delivered where I wanted. The drivers were polite and friendly. It would have been 5 stars but as I filled out the survey the driver asked me to do, there was a question that asked if my goods/packaging had been damaged I selected yes but my answer has been changed to no. Luckily my goods weren’t damaged only the boxes. Maybe the company should make sure their staff are honest.

Rubbish service. Slot changed by 2 hours. Called the driver who said he would arrive by 4:30. It's now an hour beyond the time slot I was told and driver hung up on me when I called to check how long he was going to be.

I would give this company -stars if that was possible. They have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Considering my delivery time was between 13:30-16:30, at 13:00 I got a phonecall saying my order was going to be partially delivered which wasn't the end of the world, I then had an email saying they've cancelled my delivery.. after phoning and talking to a member of customer service they reassured me that my matress will definitely be delivered on that day.. now a week later than my original delivery date we still have no mattress and have had no further contact with them, I have tried endlessly to ring them I've emailed a few times aswell, nothing back. Poor effort on their behalf!
