Avoid at all costs. R.G.M was recommended to me by trinity claims when I was hit my a third party. The point of impact in the accident was my wheel and rear bumper. R.G.M painted my bumper and refurbished my wheel. Upon receiving my car back I could hear a droning noise coming from the back of the vehicle which was not present before the accident. I called my insurance who arranged for me to take the vehicle back and have it checked out. I took it back at the agreed time and all they did was take it for a 5 minute test drive. No mechanical inspection and told me it doesn't sound like anything to worry about and that it's likely the budget tyres causing the noise. As time went on the noise got worse and worse, getting to the point of being deafening. I booked the vehicle in to another garage to be checked out and they found that the wheel bearing on the wheel that was hit was the problem and was severly damaged/worn. No other bearing had an issue. Just the wheel that had been impacted in the accident. So I have ended up paying for it out of my own pocket! If you want your car repaired properly and to not have to fork out of your own pocket then I would go elsewhere. Edit: I have been reimbursed the cost of the bearing so have changed from 1 star to 3 star. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update to my original 1 star ....I had to use this supplier has had to go through my insurance after a bump. After having my car assessed and then having subsequent contact by phone, I had the misfortune of speaking to a lady called Clare who was rude, lacked any form of customer service and came short of calling me a liar. I wrote a letter of complaint to the owner and asked for a response and copy of the call transcript to which I never received a reply so that's what prompted my 1 star. My car was booked in for the 2nd March at this point. When I put my 1 star review on I had a call from a gentleman who thought the one star was unfair as they had not done the work and explained the one star was based on poor customer service. I went on to explain I had also written and had no response and was told he would check with the owner and not heard anything until yesterday, 27th February when my insurance company advised me they have declined the work and I need to call them to arrange an alternative. They waited until the very last monte to cancel the job knowing it would cause me issues as I need to find somewhere to take the car knowing I'm disabled and a blue badge holder. If I could give a minus star rating or even zero I would. Avoid at all cost...customer service doesn't exist here. I wait to see if they have the decency to reply to this review. Like I said AVOID. As of May 23rd still no response....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Overall frustrated with the service I received. Service was quick and no issues with courtesy car. However on collection of my vehicle, there were parts hanging loose where they had repaired the damage. They had also not connected my front passenger indicator lights back properly which is where damage was done, causing unnecessary hassle. It was quite frustrating seeing the lack of care that had been done so would advise others to be mindful and pay attention when collecting their vehicle.
