'Audi Rick' is a legend, who went above and beyond to help me (I hadn't even asked as I knew how busy he was at the time, but had my car booked in for him on October 21st, after it had been serviced and MOTed by a complete cowboy who shouldn't ever have been let loose on my car - learning for the future...!) This was a horrible time for me as I was literally about to relocate to South Wales, and the person who'd broken my car offered me no help at all - Rick literally saved the day, by doing a bit of overtime the night before the move, and sorting out the problem, so that I didn't have to schlep up to the northwest on the train in 3 weeks' time, but could drive my now perfectly-running Audi the 170 miles down the motorway to get to my new house. Rick, thank you so much! I will bring your mug back to you when I see you for the Audi's next service - who else could I possibly go to now??? Massive appreciation🙏🏼
