I ordered plants on the 16th Jan 2023 costing £125.29. I have tried ringing them but they never answer their phone. I have emailed on numerous occasions without any response. I only wanted an idea of a delivery date but no response. I have now asked for a refund. I can only assume that they are no longer trading.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered geranium plug plants. They say they posted them out to me a week ago. They don’t have any tracking? Plants still not arrived. Will be dead if they ever do. £5.99 postage as well and no tracking

I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 ft bargepole, ordered late April received 6 lots out of 12, 3 lots moldy and almost dead have been trying by phone and email for last 3 wks no answer on telephone you can't even leave a message and no reply on email. My only advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is an awful company been waiting on plants that I ordered in late February only to be told ,via email ,I’d got a refund no reason as to why I wasn’t getting them I now have to explain to my customers what’s happening about their plants that I’d promised them. It might because I phoned ,emailed,texted and left messages at every opportunity that they decided enough was enough! Strange thing is I’d only received a text the week before to say they would be arriving w/c 2-05-22 still I’m glad i got most of plants from TOPS of Chipping Camden good plants and good service
