I took my new phone which had fell in a puddle to get it repaired.Every time I rang the shop phone or the mobile number I was given, no one ever answered. It took 2 months for them to fix. I paid £70, took it home and the speaker wasn't working also the button for coming off a page wasn't working. I took my phone back to the shop to be told it would be fixed next week. 2 months later again I received my phone back. This time after 2 days the charging point which is next to the button which needed repairing stopped working. I also took my old iphone too change the battery in it when i first took the phone in so i could use it whilst waiting for my new phone. Within 2 weeks i took the iphone to a different phone repair shop as it wouldnt charge. They showed me the battery which RG mobiles had put in, they charged me £18 for the battery on my iPhone and £88 in total. The battery was all floppy and cracked, a mess. I will most definitely never use this shop again. It took 4 months in total to receive my phone back. Awful experience taking my phones here to be repaired. It wouldnt let me post on here without pressing a star but this shop gets a zero star rating!
