Update for 26 Aug 2022. I contacted Rob yesterday morning as my tenant was unable to close his tilt and turn window. Rob fix the problem within a few hours. Tenant and I were most impressed. 23 July 2018 I phoned Rob yesterday at 1330 because my front door would not easily latch. He said he was pretty busy but would try and visit anyway. Rob arrived at 1500 and the door was fixed inside 20 minutes. No parts needed just some adjusting. Brilliant friendly service. Thanks
