    10/10 very happy customers, from the measurements visit, second visit for double checking of measurements, to the fitting day. Very friendly customer service, changed our order twice without any problems before we paid the deposit. Have been informed about the 16 weeks waiting time straight away which we agreed. They called us with the update of our order, booked the installation day, the fitters arrived exactly on time. They worked quickly and has been very clean, even vacuumed after, left the house clean and tidy, took all the packaging away. The shutters looks great. Thank you.

    Warning - incompetence on every level mainly relating to the Oxford branch A job that should have taken three weeks took almost a year, four visits and a lot of energy. The first fitter made numerous mistakes in two visits: two blinds came down after weeks, one right on my little son’s bed and his pillow who was fortunately not in bed at that point; and one blind did not work. Following this, I emailed the office but they did not respond for months and finally followed up by sending payment reminders for work that was not completed. Another fitter (who was nice and appeared competent and who should probably leave the company as he does not fit in with these qualities) finally fixed our blinds in two more visits and agreed that we should get a very significant discount for all the problems we encountered and the safety aspects. The head office offered a discount of around 7% which does not feel appropriate considering the above.

    10/10. Reynolds provide an excellent service. From the sales consultation, booking the fitting to the actual fitting with the friendly, tidy and efficient Jordan. Every appointment started professionally and on time. None of this three hour timeslot nonsense. The icing on the cake is that they're local and came in at a much more competitive price than Hillary's.

    I have never in my life had an experience like the one I have just had with Reynolds blinds we wanted a simple pair of curtains for the two windows in our lounge, to cut a long long story short it has taken 13 week's 3 visit's one by a young lady who came to measure the windows and the tracks in our bedroom when Chris who by the way is worth his weight in gold came to fit the curtains they had to be seen to be believed, they fitted nowhere and I was told mistakes happen, a mistake is maybe 2" short not both curtains completely wrong! Even the track she measured for our own bedroom curtains was measured incorrectly meaning Jazz had to drill an extra hole in my new wallpaper. Apparently I was told there are no courses for new estimators to go on hence the mistakes!! Then the wrong measurements were sent off again hence another delay and then the material got lost by the courier. I had to make numerous phone calls make sure I was in all causing frustration and inconvenience. I like to be honest and above board and say Chris who I mentioned before was extremely helpful and when he eventually came and fitted the curtains I am pleased with them but would I go through all that hassle and rigmarole again for a pair of curtains not on your life!!
