Two electric remote controlled Markilux awnings supplied and fitted – one over kitchen window and other over patio doors. Well pleased with the product, the consultation and sales processes (Nick from Sutton Coldfield branch) and the fitting (carried out by Alex and Derek). Had a courtesy phone call to agree a time and day the awnings would be fitted. Nice touch. First division advice on the selection of the awnings type, colour etc from Nick – who was a joy to deal with. He arranged for both blinds to be operated from a single handset. Handy. Fitters Alex and Derek arrived promptly and were attentive throughout. Expertly fitted the awnings and located the electrical cable exactly where I wanted it to go. Explained the operation to me of using the remote and how the blinds will retract automatically when it becomes too windy. They kept things tidy and cleaned up before they left. Puurrfect!

We would highly recommend this company for their products and 1st class service we received from the start to completion of work. This company is very professional and customer service oriented at all times. The installer is called Mitchell, we found him very approachable and his customer service skills are excellent. Once the work was complete he cleaned up after himself and left it as he found it. We have no hesitation in recommending this company to all that wish to employ their services. Stressful experience, from start to finish. Allowed us to order blinds that were not in stock We had to chase repeatedly for any kind of update on our (£3,000+) order Trying to get a quote for additional rooms was incredibly hard, it's like they don't want your business When they did eventually get in touch they called my other half, despite me telling them on several occasions to come directly to me as I had time to deal with them We got weak excuses time and again, they were too busy, too sick or too forgetful to call us back when we needed them to. I will never use them again, I will advise friends and family of this experience.

I am disappointed to have to write this review as my past experience with Reynold Blinds in Wylde Green has been great. We went into the show room a couple of weeks ago, the 2 ladies were not very helpful at all. If I hadn’t been a previous customer of Reynold Blinds I would have walked out. They were unhelpful to the max. I had to keep going up to them at their desk to ask questions about the blinds we wanted. We were a family looking at 2 lots of blinds for home. The experience was unbelievable they really did not want to sell or even talk to us about the different types of blinds available, all they wanted to do was sit at the desk with their coats on. The manager of Reynolds really needs to provide some customer service training or employ staff who want to be there. The gentleman Nick who visited to give a quote was the total opposite he was so helpful and professional, most definitely someone who enjoyed his job.

for not explainable reason but lots of excuses company refused to give me quote always someone on holiday, everytime i call they say they will get back to me and they always completely ignored i email them phone them but ignored fully. still dont understand why they do this and how they can run it on such ignorance way.

I'm sorry to say my whole experience with Reynolds was poor from start to finish and at the end didn't happen at all. The measure, quote side of things went well and then we headed to the shop to order. Once at the shop in Wylde Green we were told that some of the things we had been told by the sales guy we could have - we couldn't. We ordered blinds for 6 windows - we were told a delivery time, this over ran and then on the day of fitting we took a call saying that the quality of the blinds wasn't what they expected and could we put off fitting whilst new blinds were made. I thought this was a good thing and even though it was a delay we would be getting the expensive blinds and the top quality we were promised. Today is fitting day. The chap arrived and started work. The blinds in the bow window didn't fit. They were also so badly made, a thinner material and no backing. The blinds upstairs made the blinds downstairs look marvellous. Bad quality, wrong fittings it was shocking and so disappointing. I asked the fitter to pack the blinds away and take everything back. I drove to the store and within 15 minutes of walking in I had a full refund on my 50% deposit. I guess that could be seen as a good thing. But who gives money back that quick when they think they are in the right. Everyone involved knew the quality was of the lowest quality. I'm gutted and so disappointed, just an awful experience. Now I have to find new blinds and wait for however long with nothing up at any windows in my house. yes i got my money back but I wanted blinds and curtains. Poor, poor service.

We have used Reynolds for blinds throughout our house over the years and they have always been a very professional and courteous company. We had new blinds fitted in my daughters room today by Joe, who was fantastic again. Always cleans after fitting and impeccable manors and does a tremendous job fitting the blinds. I can’t recommend these guys enough, you might get cheaper but you can’t put a price on a quality product and amazing service. I will only every use this company for blinds. Keep up the great work !
