I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process and the finished article. From the original design meeting to the only fitting needed and the final delivery of my suit, every step of the process was enjoyable and hassle free. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in advising me on styling choices where I didn't have a concrete opinion one way or another and the fact that the suit fit perfectly immediately is a testament to the skill of everyone at Norton & Townsend. The suit itself far exceeded any expectations I had for it and recieved a huge amount of comments of praise, appreciation and not a little envy from our wedding guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend Norton & Townsend as a tailors and will definitely have suits made by them again. In fact, I am currently in conversation about a suit for my cousins wedding. From the first consultation to the final fitting, nothing was too much of a trouble and they are excellent at working around your schedule. This company are also a stickler for detail. For example there was a "blemish" on my morning coat (I couldn't even see it!) and they insisted on redoing the effected sleeve. I think we met 4 times in total and I cannot fault anything. Also, for the service you receive and the high quality materials use, their products are very affordable. I can 100% recommend and I will be in touch soon to order a few sports jackets and suits!
