Dealt with Ms Emma Reese and explained all bits however she went to holiday without clarifying everything to her colleague Mr Michael Salber who was unable to understand and get the details form Ms Emma Reese, Michael was arrogant and rude over the phone and didn't allow me to explain everything in detail. He didn't wanted to go ahead and find information from his colleague but requested us instead however it was advised almost 15 times before with all documentation. The gentleman had zero customer service and communication skills and absolutely no patience what so ever. He didn't understood what was communicated to Ms Emma Reese neither he wanted to discuss any details... Worst service ever...
