Very affordable prices for van hire. Used Reward to get a van for a tour, staff were friendly and informative. Great location within london too so you don't need to pay congestion charge to get in/out. Love that it is a family business, too so support them when you can!! Would definitely use Reward again, i would give more than 5/5 if i could!!

Don't be fooled by the high rating this company has. The manager is a hot headed bloke that will over promise and under deliver. I left him a review on another platform sharing my terrible experience with the company and they have somehow removed it, but all the 5 star reviews are still visible. Go with Sixt. They are MUCH more professional and have MUCH better vans. This guy will be unbelievably rude and have no intent whatsoever to resolve your issue. It's a real shame, because I always try and support independent businesses, but the manager here is not a nice person and you'd be best off avoiding them and going elsewhere.
