Had 2 phones now from reward mobile. First was an iphone 11 in August 2022 - ordered it in white, they contacted me within the hour to let me know it wasn't in stock. Went for next option of green. Was delivered as promised the next day. I then decided to use Reward again when my contract was up in December 2022. Ordered the iphone 13, delivered again next day as promised. The prices are brilliant as well, at least £20 cheaper then what i was quoted by my network. Will be using again when my partners contract is up for renewal.

Echoing what the other 1 star reviews have said. It seems this is a pattern with Reward Mobile. I confirmed my order with them on 10th March and it is now the 21st March - still no phone. They didn't even get in touch with me at all. Instead I have had to chase them multiple times. I have now been told that they don't even have the phone in stock. The excuse given was delays from Chinese New Year, which happened at the start of February?! Madness.

Dreadful company. I'm only giving them one star because it's not possible to give them zero. Took out new phone contract on Three through RewardMobile. They happily took my money for a phone that wasn't even in stock, and I received no confirmation email from them. Have had to chase them several times, and still no official paperwork or emails. Phone promised on a particular day, but delivered late. Case promised on a specific date and still waiting. Absolutely hopeless business with appalling customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After reading the mixed reviews my partner decided to upgrade his phone with reward mobile rather than doing it directly with EE. They made the deal sound really good and he was told he would get his new phone on 1st December. He didn't hear anything from them and no phone arrived. The next day he checked his emails and nothing, today he has had an email to say his order has been cancelled and here is the cancellation confirmation. He wont be contacting them to get it sorted and will be going elsewhere for his contract now. I also know of 4 other people who have had the same issue with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They promise next day delivery on orders but fail to let you know that they don’t have any stock. No confirmation emails and you have to chase them up. If I don’t hear back by tomorrow I’m cancelling. Just go straight to the provider, don’t waste your time with the middleman

Placed an order for a Samsung a52 on Friday and was told I would get a confirmation message for my order within the hour. No message by Monday so I called to find out what was going on and was told the phone was out of stock! They said it would probably be in by the end of week. I waited until the following Monday, called again and was told they were expecting stock by the end of the week. At this point I was fed up of their excuses so I ordered one from buymobiles.net which was available for next day delivery, plus I got double the data for the same price. I wouldn't waste my time with reward mobile again
