    REPORTED A WATER LEAK IN OCTOBER 2021 - COMING THROUGH OUR APARTMENT KITCHEN CEILING RIGHT BY A LIGHT FITTING (HAZARDOUS). SOURCE OF ISSUE IS FROM BUIDLING ROOF AND THEREFORE A REVOLUTION RESPONSIBILITY. ITS OCTOBER 2022 AND NO ATTEMPT HAS BEEN MADE TO REPAIR. A DISGRACE AS WELL AS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES.

    Honestly an absolute disgrace. I currently live on the top floor of a building managed by Revolution, and they’ve been nothing but unresponsive and slow. The lift (that we were told would be completely replaced a year ago) has been out of use, again, for over a month now. I’ve since tried to contact them regarding the situation - I’m supposed to be moving out in two weeks, which will be mission impossible - and they’ve only ever ignored emails. We’ve had post stolen, even cars broken into in what is is supposed to be secure underground parking, only opened with a fob. The generic emails sent to tenants is just a game of “we’ll keep you updated but really we won’t”. Only nice thing is the caretaker, who’s in every morning and says hello. The company themselves are god awful and frankly, it’s a joke that leaseholders are even paying service charges for problems to never be resolved. Rent here in the city is extortion and I can’t wait to leave. Tip - if you live in Lancaster House and need a meter reading, don’t do it online. Pop a note downstairs under the office door and it will be take care of!

    Edit: if I could lower the rating I would. Our building used to have the most attentive and polite caretaker, Matt. He was the only good thing about Revolution and the central reference point for everyone on the building. They helped me move in and gave me all the information I needed while the Revolution staff on the phone was almost useless and hard to get to. He’s now been fired to make space for a third party concierge services agency. We are no longer warned about parcels, which have now started disappearing on multiple occasions. A lot of the other good staff members on site (Douglas, Graham) had disappeared over time before Matt Revolution send regular updates, however they don't actually end up fixing most problems in a timely manner. Same experience with multiple issues, some of them major, such as a lack of hot water in the building which lasted several weeks. Windows have not been cleaned for longer than I've lived in the building.

    My block was one of Revolution's first customers 15 years ago, asnd we've been with them ever since. Until a couple of years ago Revolution used to be great. Then they were taken over by Leaders Romans Group and have been getting progressively worse ever since to the point where they are now utterly abysmal. They don't answer the phone or e-mails. Simple stuff takes an eternity to get fixed (so we have had a leak in the car park which was reported last June and still hasn't been fixed). Some of their pricing is very odd. We've just been quoted £700 to replace six lightbulbs. We've also had contractors refusing to attend site due to unpaid invoices. We're in the process of ditching them. Avoid them at all costs. They are truly useless.

    I have been trying to get a meter reading. Requested one online, didn't receive it for a month, and then after having to call about 20 times in a week a representative on the phone said one was on its way. Months afterwards, I have not received a reading or been able to get in contact with anyone through phone or email. Appalling company.
