    I have been working with Jo for 6 months now and can say that one of his strengths is providing a program that never gets old or stale. He has the capacity of changing things up, making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. Six months on and I have now reduced my body fat by 6%, lost 5 kgs, achieved a bench press PB and feel much more energised as a father of two young children and business leader. From the initial phone call all the way through the training, Alex was reassuring, committed and passionate about the work and my goals. Although I started with 12 sessions, I quickly realised how much I enjoyed the training and purchased more sessions and increased my weekly attendance.     Alex and Joe run a fantastic personal training studio. Alex has trained me for three months in which I’ve seen excellent progress in my strength and outlook from a process that’s highly personalised and responsive to my needs. I was unfit when I started with lots of back pain and can see such a difference. The studio is clean and professional. With no more that three people training at a time, it feels private and intimate. The energy, enthusiasm, and fun from every session makes training here an experience I’m eager for every time. Alex also gives a bonus massage/stretch at the end of a session if you ask nicely. It’s quite something. Couldn’t recommend more.

    I've been working out in Revolution with Joe for about 3 months now, and would definitely recommend it. Joe will always vary the sessions to work different muscle groups and keep things interesting. The gym is only for personal training, so you can always get to your equipment and also get peace of mind despite the central location. The atmosphere is generally very friendly and inclusive.
