Custommer support not existant, all they tell you is wate, money dissapared from my account so i rased a dispute first they told me to wate up to 7 days during that time noone contacted me to inform of the process ore the state of the investigation then i contacted them agai after 7 days so there responce was to wate because the case can take up to 10 days to resolve no contact during that time as well after the 10 days i reached out again and got a response that i need to wate additional 5 days without Any explenation, i am on holiday i havent got Any money so now i have to stay in the street for 5 days for them to finaly take a look at my case its a scam not a banking organisation ....
