Came here with a couple friends. we weren't greeted at the door had to ask the security man if we could find our own seats and how we ordered. there's two bars downstairs and only the second had bartenders (at least 4) and it was busy. the bartenders were slow and messy- spilled ice everywhere which i understand is part of trying to be fast but he WASNT FAST it took half an hour to get 3 drinks. my friends glass was disgusting. the rim was dirty and she didn't notice until she'd drank half of it. complained to the bar staff who didn't apologise and asked if they could pour it into another glass?? i'd never go again.

Nice atmosphere. Decent tapas. For the Americans visiting Liverpool, think Chili’s with a Cuban theme.

Venue crammed in so many tables views were constantly restricted had to move to another table which was no better. Sound quality was poor. No table service as promised. Prepaid cocktails had to be fetched from bar so missed some of show. I phoned venue couple of times beforehand as we were travelling along way to Liverpool and was promised it would have lots of large viewing screens most were TV size with people sitting at tables restricting views. This venue totally misadvertised what they delivered!! It was all about cramming in as many people as possible to make money not about us enjoying show. They assured us on the phone that bar would not be open downstairs but it was so people were talking over the show!! It was a total shambles we left after an hour and had a totally ruined evening and experience!!! We have requested a full refund form venue. Female manager was a credit to place trying to help customers as several left too!!! The male manger was condescending and had no idea how to deal with situation seemed to think it was a joke he obviously didn't realise we were proper eurovison fans if we'd wanted to watch a TV in a rowdy bar we could have done that back where we live!!! He had no people skills. The venue totally ruined our night and we paid alot of money for tickets when downstairs in the bar there was a big screen up with customers watching it for free and the sound quality was better downstairs!!!!! Totally disgraceful way to be treated!! Expect full refund and would appreciate being contacted ASAP about this as still not heard back from you and I left my contact details on the night.. We talked to people on tables by us and they had travelled along way too and were upset also and requesting refunds.

Booked to attend the viewing party for the Eurovision song contest and it was appalling. No table service upstairs for regular drinks despite having paid for a table. The upstairs was overbooked given the position of the screen meaning that we could barely see over the other people. The speakers were positioned downstairs meaning that the audio was distant and felt like we were listening to it underwater. We couldn't hear the acts properly so we went and stood downstairs for a bit so we could actually hear what was going on, but that's not really good enough considering we paid specifically to have a table to watch the show! In the end, we didn't want to give them any more money so we went home and watched it there instead. If you're ever looking for somewhere to watch an event, avoid at all costs.
