Worst experience ever. So so unprofessional, Megan was slagging other salons off and cut hair without asking then tried to charge more for it. Shouted in my face when I asked a simple question about whether it would be easy to change hair colours when I wanted a new one, gave me chemical burns from bleach on my head and has now scarred, slagged off previous customers and lied about me to another salon
