Although it's nearly an hour's drive for me, working with CJ at Revive is worth every teaspoon of petrol used! Yes, you have to work hard at home between appointments if ypu reallywant all the benefit, but I've had problems for 20+ years and the exercises have transformed my mind set and confidence in my own body. And the reward of one of CJ's massages is worth all the effort for sure! This is not a mimsy massage but the knots and crunchy bits don't stand a chance under CJ's magic hands! Go to Revive - I thought it was too late & long-standing to make a difference, but I'm so much better, happier and mostly pain-free now 😊

I saw Charlie with some lower back pain, hamstring tightness and tension that prevented me from standing straight. Within an hour she had ironed me out. She was calm, I felt relaxed and she really knew what she was talking about. Pinpointing the pain pain points, she was able to relieve the tension easily and give me some exercises to try at home. I felt miles better after an hour and would highly recommend Charlie.
