Absolutely BRILLIANT service from start to finish. Lorna is super helpful and really responsive, Mike and the team were great. I had body work done, a repair to my bonnet and alloys reconditioned (after years living in London and my inability to parallel park without a few bumps and scrapes). My 6 year old Peugeot was beginning to look tired. A few superficial bumps and scratches gained in car parks together with wheel scrapes gave it a jaded appearance. RVR came up in a local Google search and they were marvellous. Having agreed a date to deliver the car, Mike was happy to collect it when I couldn't leave home owing to Covid restrictions.
