I bought a bar of Ombar, oat milk chocolate from the Cambridge Revital store. The chocolate had clearly been badly kept as the fat had separated, leaving a white marbled deposit all over. The taste was unpleasant even if the deposit was harmless. I went back to the shop and they were extremely unhelpful and suggested I was the one who hadn’t kept it well! Very unimpressed with such poor customer service. This may only be a bar of chocolate but I will not be buying anything from this store again and have told many friends who said they will also boycott now.

Absolutely horrible company. Could not deliver within week s of (online) ordering a much needed medical suppliment and tried every which way to Sunday to deny responsibility or take responsibility for their inability to delivery purchased product. Literally order from them monthly and still they pull some of the most unprofessional, stress-inducing email nonsense I've seen from a purportedly reputable company. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I went recently to purchase some Granose Lincolnshire sausage mix suitable for vegetarians, which I really like. Unfortunately there weren't any packets in store but I was able to order these. I gave my contact details and got a text message to say my order was in store, this saves me bus fare and time. I was also given a business card on my previous visit so I could ring before hand to see if what I wanted was in stock to save me walking all the way down unnecessarily. Friendly helpful staff.
