Don’t waste your money! I’m a size 8, no fat anywhere except my tummy after pregnancy, I’m a single mum, saved for 2 years to spend this money in the desperate hope of flattening my stomach. Zero difference even after 3 months. They never refunded and made me feel it was me putting on weight?! I cried in their office as I’m always 51kg and no genuine response. Heartless greedy company. I recommend Venus Freeze but please find it somewhere else! Revere in Hertfordshire has an airhead Barbi doll ‘Dr’ telling lies with no empathy. Don’t be conned, there are much better services elsewhere for less money.

I had vbeam treatment here and would not recommend it. I felt pressured to get my entire face treated even though I only had a few broken capillaries around my nose. I went to another clinic and had a much better experience. There I was told that I only needed minimal treatment and was quoted a price for the smallest area they charge for, contrast this to Revere where they insisted my entire face should be treated. I feel that Revere did not make a professional and objective assessment of my skin, instead they sought to extract as much money as possible from me. The vbeam treatment also felt more intense at the other clinic compared to Revere. I'm aware you need several sessions to see results but there was a noticeable reduction in redness after just one session at the other clinic whereas Revere just felt like money down the drain. I should note that I was patch tested at the other clinic so I felt safe and comfortable. At Revere the vbeam treatment felt very gentle, of course it makes sense to first test the skin's reaction to vbeam but to charge a full session for essentially a full face patch test seems outrageous. In summary go elsewhere, you'll spend less, have a more professional experience with the practitioner and have far superior results!

I've had one laser session with Dr Mohan [in March] - and time will tell - but Genesis V Beam is superior to IPL. I'm a rosacea / spider vein sufferer and prefer Revere's approach with the Genesis laser. **Update 30.06.22** I was recommended a stronger laser on 28 June, and agreed to do it. I was not forewarned of blistering and extreme swelling. There was no cooling treatment side by side with the laser. I am discussing the resulting problems (weeping blisters, etc.) with Revere and with my GP currently and, given Google is a public forum, and that my earlier, positive review (regarding a gentler laser treatment) may encourage custom, I felt it would be right to add the information contained in this update. I am therefore amending the review to add a sense of caution and as a placeholder until the issue is resolved (if indeed it can be resolved) ...

Eden and the team conducted my procedure with so much warmth, I felt completely comfortable with them. The process was well explained, and I visited a week later for a follow up with any questions. Overall I am SO happy with the procedure and it has changed my life. 100% recommend Revere

I had a consult for a micro blading removal and was willing to go to London for an appointment since I am planning to be in Europe in the fall. Dr. Mohan let me know that I could find a provider in Canada who uses the same machine to save myself the hassle. I appreciated his honesty and desire to genuinely help me find a solution that didn't involve me having to disrupt my holiday plans.
