What an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first point of contact they couldn't have been more helpful. They weren't the cheapest quote we got but having had bad experiences in the past we were happy to pay a bit more for a superior product and excellent service. Sharon produced the quote, David was brilliant in tweaking things with our Architect and Josh and team turned up on time, every time and left our site clean and tidy every day. Highly recommend.

Waste of time this company is. Contacted them for quote for Bo-Fold door, made me send photos and said someone will be in touch. Kept getting told I will get a call back, got 1 call back and asked the lady to hold on the phone 1 min as I was in the middle of something and she said I will ring you back in 10 mins hung and that’s been over a week. Have wasted over 3 weeks of my time Can’t imagine what the service would be like after payment is made if this is the level of service to a potential new customer. Would not waste my time with this company.

Shocking install, arrogant, dismissive. Seals falling out when not even being used. Blame everything on you. Refuse to re attend without a battle, say they'll be there and they are not. Delivery was late Wrong coloured glass Tried to charge me for the right colour Months to finish Two weeks to assess warranty on seal A 40k window that is the biggest mistake I've made. Absolutely avoid this business at all costs. David and Sonia are the most arrogant people I have ever met.

This company has huge problems with their customer care. Having worked in a customer facing role for the last 35 years I can honestly say they don't deserve their customers. We ordered over 50K in windows and sliding/bi-fold doors from them. Had originally been put in touch with them as they are the Nordan supplier in the UK however they assured us their own manufactured windows were second to none and very competitive on price. Sales woman is great and we decided to order. Had a very "over the top" pre install program from the MD David who is , quite frankly, one of the most rude and arrogant people I have ever come into contact with. We went along with the pre install program and made sure everything was as he required. When the windows were installed the bifolds and slider glazing had scratches galore and and we were not prepared to "sign" the paperwork to say we were happy with the job. All the glazing had to be changed however, at this point, David said we were "problem customers" and that the industry standard for scratches to glass is that if you can't see the scratches from 3 metres away they don't matter. Check all your glazing from this company before signing anything as once you have made your mark on the dotted line they will refuse to change anything. On the next lot of sliders he had wanted us to sign them off in the dark but we refused as it we were unable to check them properly. We arranged a future date and on that day we noticed that glazing was also scratched. He admitted he knew that but was waiting to see if we noticed it too! He then had a row with my partner who pointed out that if he had already known the glass was scratched on the previous visit why had he not attended to it and instead had wanted us to sign the window off in the dark. I asked him to leave and he put his hand up and said "I am not talking to you". Go elsewhere with your money. The aluminium and mechanism of these windows may be good but the glazing and, moreover the customer care, makes them a company I would never recommend. Updated. The condensation on the frames is an horrendous problem with these windows. Have to wipe them dry every morning in the winter. Soaking wet.
